Charter Amendment Authorizing Leases of Port Property For Up To 25 Years
Shall the City Charter be amended to increase the length of leases on the Port property, including abutting submerged lands, from 10 years to 25 years, that can be authorized by a City Council resolution approved by no less than six members of City Council, without the need for a referendum or notice to surrounding properties, in order to encourage private investment, economic development, income for the City and reduction of the Port subsidy?
Providing City Council with the Authority to Grant Economic Development Ad Valorem Tax Exemptions
Shall the City Council be authorized to grant, pursuant to s. 3, Art. VII of the State Constitution, ad valorem tax exemptions to new businesses and expansions of existing businesses that are expected to create new, full-time jobs in the City of St. Petersburg?

Shall the City Charter be amended to require City Council to consider but not require a Management Evaluation every two years, while preserving the right of City Council to conduct such a study any time?
