YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO PROVIDE WRITTEN EVIDENCE SUPPORTING YOUR ELIGIBILITY TO VOTE TO THE SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS NO LATER THAN 5 P.M. OF THE 2ND DAY FOLLOWING THE ELECTION.
